Many of us have been there — loyal to one platform, playing consistently every week, yet never receiving any meaningful reward that reflects that loyalty. At we1wen, we believe no member of ours should have to go through that. That's why we built a VIP Rewards programme that genuinely values every ringgit you invest with us.
The we1wen VIP Programme is more than just a name or a fancy label. It's a transparent, structured and fair system — where every bet you place, whether on slots, Live Casino, Malaysia Super League Sports Betting, BWF badminton, or lottery ticket purchases, all counts and earns you points that bring you closer to the next tier.
Your VIP journey at we1wen begins the moment you register an account. As a Member tier player, you're already entitled to 1% weekly cashback and full access to every game on the platform. That means from day one, every activity you do at we1wen starts generating additional returns.
Once your cumulative deposit reaches RM 1,000, our system will automatically upgrade your account to VIP Silver. You'll receive an in-account notification, and an upgrade bonus of RM 50 will be credited instantly. No request needed, no forms to fill — it happens automatically, because that's how we show our appreciation.
Four simple steps to begin your VIP journey
Create a we1wen account in under 2 minutes. Member tier starts automatically — no fees required.
Deposit via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost or FPX. Start playing and accumulate VIP points.
Every wager earns VIP points. Once your cumulative deposit requirement is met, your account upgrades automatically.
Weekly cashback is credited automatically and tier upgrade bonuses go straight to your account — hassle-free, every time.
For the most active players on the we1wen platform, VIP Diamond and Prestige tiers unlock a truly different experience. At Diamond level, you're not just enjoying 12% weekly cashback — you also get access to a dedicated personal account manager who understands your individual betting needs.
Your personal account manager is always on hand to help you get the most out of every available promotion and bonus. Reachable via a dedicated channel, they ensure every request you make is handled with the highest priority. This isn't your standard support service — it's a premium experience typically found only at exclusive land-based casinos.
The Prestige tier represents the pinnacle of we1wen's recognition for its most loyal members. Extended exclusively by special invitation, this tier comes with privileges that are truly priceless — from exclusive odds on selected matches and surprise birthday bonuses, to physical gifts and exclusive we1wen merchandise delivered straight to your door.
Best of all, your VIP points never expire as long as your account remains active. So even if you take a break from betting, every point and VIP tier you've earned stays safely on your account. When you come back, you pick up right where you left off — no benefits lost.
We1wen also provides a monthly VIP points statement that you can check in your account at any time. You can see exactly how many points were earned from each game category, how much cashback has been credited, and how much more you need to deposit to reach the next tier. This transparency is part of our commitment to building trust with every we1wen member.

Real experiences from members who have benefited from our VIP programme
"I've been with we1wen for nearly a year now. The moment I hit Gold, RM 150 landed straight in my account. The 5% cashback makes a real difference too — in a single month I can get back over RM 300 from cashback alone. Absolutely worth it."
"Having a personal account manager is a real game changer. He knows what games I like and always keeps me in the loop on promotions that are relevant to me. I genuinely feel valued, not just like a number in the system."
"Compared to other platforms I've used, we1wen VIP points are by far the easiest to accumulate. Every game counts, and there's no time limit. I'm at Platinum now and targeting Diamond by the end of the year."
